Revitalizing Tones Music Therapy was founded by Rebeca Orantes, a nationally board-certified music therapist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy from California State University Northridge and an additional special certification in Neurologic Music Therapy. Rebeca believes music therapy is a true work of heart and is passionate about being a vessel through which music can support and impact individuals. It is from this belief and passion that Revitalizing Tones Music Therapy was founded, specializing in both ends of the age spectrum through early childhood music groups and older adult/geriatrics sites..

Rebeca’s experience has been molded through a variety of populations and settings that she has worked with. This including older adults, memory care homes, assisted living communities, grade school settings, children's community choir, pediatric hospital units and adult day care programs. Additionally, Rebeca is one of the clinicians on staff at the Music Therapy Wellness Clinic of Cal State University Northridge. There, she provides individual and group music therapy services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental differences. Rebeca’s work at the Music Therapy Wellness Clinic also includes the role of fieldwork supervisor for the nationally recognized music therapy program of CSUN, in which she is able to provide support and training to the next generation of music therapists.

Rebeca engages her empathetic and warm spirit along with her expertise training to provide a welcoming environment for all to feel comfortable in. Through this work she shares her lifelong passion of using music to empower individuals and revitalize daily life one song at a time.
